Representatives from the government and listed sectors will meet the first day at the Yap Small Business Development Center from 8:30 a.m. to nearly 5 p.m. in the evening, according to the proposed schedule. Introductions will include the verification of Yap fiscal year 2012 budget figures, followed by the first session on the health sector, then education sector, environment sector/private sector/public sector capacity building, enhanced reporting and accountability, and finally infrastructure.
On Tuesday, June 14, the mission met with the Yap State Legislature to discuss reprogramming within the sector budgets, among other things. With the close-out briefing with the Office of Statistics, Budget and Economic Management, Overseas Development Assistance and Compact Management, the mission concludes in Yap.
