Charged were Christino Selkor, 29, of San Antonio; Wallace Emul, 46, of Kagman; Edgardo A. Althriva, 51, of Tinian; Sipenuk T. Cosmes, 23, of Kagman; Victor Rivera, 23; Bernard K. Charley, 22; and Tanny Sachuo, 31, of Upper Miha Housing.
Selkor assaulted Shunji Jin on March 15, 2008, the complaint stated.
It was reported that Emul struck Joseph Quiming Lizama Jr. with a baseball catcher’s helmet on April 20, 2008.
On Oct. 24, 2008, Althriva assaulted Sheila Maria Dollaga Sy, the AGO stated. On March 20, 2009, it added, Althriva continued “following and harassing” the victim on Tinian.
Cosmes was charged for assaulting Charley.
Cosmes, Rivera and Charley disturbed the peace of Moses Muna, the AGO stated. The three argued and fought at Muna’s residence on Feb. 14, 2009, according to the complaint.
The AG’s office charged Sachuo with one count of disturbing the peace of his victim, and for resisting arrest on Aug. 22, 2009.
