The coalition will discuss its cleanup activities for the year when its members meet at 3 p.m. on the said date in the Division of Environmental Quality conference room.
Villagomez earlier asked Beautify CNMI chairman Joe Kaipat of DEQ and Practical Solutions creativity consultant Laurie Peterka to lead the coalition “until such time that a coordinator has been chosen.”
Kaipat promised to continue working with Peterka and asked Villagomez to stay in touch with the members of the coalition.
Villagomez said he will continue paying for the Beautify CNMI Web site.
The establishment of the coalition’s Web site is one of Villagomez’s accomplishments while he was on Saipan.
Kaipat is inviting members of the community, private companies, government agencies public schools and veterans to attend their meeting on Jan. 22.
Peterka said the goals and activities of the coalition will be announced during the meeting.
