The Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011, provides for the secretary of the Interior to issue the report, assessing Guam’s capital infrastructure needs as they relate to the military build-up.
Kristen Oleyte, senior policy advisor, and Stephen Sander, director of congressional and legislative affairs, will be on Guam this week meeting with appropriate personnel from the Consolidated Commission on Utilities, members of Gov. Eddie Calvo’s administration and other Guam agencies and legislators with authority and oversight over civilian infrastructure.
