Two of these four individuals are working for the government.
But Fitial, in an interview, said it is still premature to discuss choosing a running mate for the 2009 elections.
“I will have a running mate but I don’t know who will be that person,” he said.
According to the governor, it’s part of their political strategy to withhold the names of the persons who could be his running mate.
Early this year, Fitial announced his reelection bid with Lt. Gov. Timothy P. Villagomez who was then with the Covenant Party.
The lt. governor, however, later announced that he had returned to the Republican Party and would not run with Fitial next year.
