Carder serves as pastor responsible for Marriage and Lay Counseling Ministries at the First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton, consultant to various support groups of the church and gives pastoral oversight to Caregivers of the Mentally Ill and Family to Family training program.
Carder has done numerous recordings and tapings of his specialty — adultery prevention and recovery for Tony Robbins Passion Project, and his articles have appeared in several magazines and publications.
