Dr. Peter Eche was elected as vice chair while Joann T. Aquino will serve as secretary and treasurer.
Outgoing chair Charles Reyes did not seek re-election.
Variety learned that Reyes also informed the board of his intention to resign.
Guerrero was appointed to the council’s board of directors in Dec. 2009.
She is currently working as director of courts of the CNMI Supreme Court.
The other board members are Reyes, Lillian A. Tenorio, William R. Barrineau, Maria Lourdes S. Ada, Marla M. Barcinas, Rep. Fredrick P. Deleon Guerrero, Janet H. King, Richard D. Moreno, Vice Speaker Felicidad T. Ogumoro, and former Rep. Alvaro A. Santos.
