He said law professor Rose Cuison Villazor will be their guest speaker.
Admission is free and the forum starts at 5:30 p.m.
Villazor recently conducted a series of lectures in the CNMI on “Law in the Community” with Robert Desiderio, former dean of the University of New Mexico’s School of Law.
Villazor, a professor of Hofstra University School of Law in New York, grew up on Saipan and graduated from Mount Carmel School.
“I’m urging all guest worker leaders, guest workers and other nonresidents to attend the presentation so we can get a better understanding of the law,” Syed said.
