Detective Catherine B. Pangelinan said Hocog slapped his wife on Tuesday afternoon.
The Department of Public Safety dispatcher received two calls regarding a domestic disturbance at Refu Apartment, located east of the 14 Stations of Cross in Dandan.
Police said Hocog accused his wife of having an affair. They had an argument that led to Hocog slapping his wife.
Police received another call for domestic disturbance several minutes later.
A witness told police he saw Hocog slapping his wife during an argument.
Superior Court Judge Perry B. Inos ordered Hocog’s arrest, and imposed a $1,250 bail order on Hocog who was due to appear in court for his initial appearance and bail hearing yesterday afternoon.
