The Superior Court earlier sentenced Peter to 90 days imprisonment, all suspended except for 11 days, with credit for time served at the Department of Corrections facility.
Peter signed a plea agreement, and admitted the offense of minor consuming alcohol.
He was likewise charged with contempt.
A charge of possession of marijuana was also filed against Peter and Ronnie L. Aguon, 30.
The court ordered Peter to pay a $25 court assessment fee, get an evaluation at the Community Guidance Center for substance abuse, and complete any recommended course of treatment.
The government agreed to dismiss the charge of possession of a controlled substance against Peter, according to Judge Perry Inos’ judgment and commitment order.
The incident occurred on Feb. 26, 2011, according to the prosecution.
Details regarding the contempt charge against Peter and the status of the case against Aguon were not available.
Assistant Attorney General Peter Prestley prosecuted the case, while Assistant Public Defender Richard Miller served as counsel for Peter.
