Ruchitong Ngual was charged on April 8 with trespassing and disturbing the peace for entering a woman’s house without her permission.
Ngual was summoned to appear in court on April 23 at 10 am to face his charges.The information submitted in court stated that Ngual entered the victim’s house on June 3, 2008 and disturbed her.The police affidavit stated that the victim was interviewed by a police officer on November 11, 2008 and claimed that Ngual came to her house while her husband was gone.The affidavit stated that Ngual told profanities and sexual things to the victim.The court document further stated that defendant repeatedly asked the victim to perform oral sex on him.The document added that “at one point, defendant actually entered the front door of the victim’s house causing her to flee by the back door.”The affidavit stated that “defendant would not leave the residence until the victim threw a bottle at him.”The defendant left but returned later and entered the victim’s house without her permission and demanded the same things to the victim.
