The two-day program will focus on the Career-Technical Education Center andScience, Technical, Engineering and Mathematics.
Sherman Daniel, Associate Dean of PCC School of Technical Education, said students of the will perform demonstrations and showcase their projects.
Students from sixth to 12th graders are invited to attend the program and the program is open to the public.
The aim of program is to educate students of what CTEC is all about and promote awareness of what courses may fit their interests before entering college.
The Technical Program is a two-year course. It comprised of Agriculture, Mechanics, Information Technology, Electronics, Construction and other courses.
The STEM on the other hand is an exhibit affair.Students from different schools will show offtheir school projects as well as their individual talents.
Thomas Taro, vice president of the Cooperative Research and Extension of PCC, said the winning school will receive a laptop and a trophy. There will also individual cash prizes for the winning entry.
The STEM affair is a joint program of PCC and the Ministry of Education.
Students from elementary and high school are invited to attend the event. The exhibit, which is a yearly program, will hold at the PCC cafeteria.
