This will be the first of the league’s three-season series and will feature eight teams — IT&E-Konflikt, Ol’ Aces, FGC Construction, R-Rebels, Andoks, Mobil, NMC-Proa, and Blue Haus-Satbahi.
Games will follow a round robin format with the top seed advancing to the semifinals. Only one team will be eliminated during playoffs, with the champions winning a $1,000 cash prize.
Awards for Best Muse and Best Uniform will be given during the opening day.
In a joint effort with the Rollers Basketball Club, Perez said league will also “conduct physical conditioning” and “promote stretching to the youth” prior to their games.
The second season will commence next year from April to June, with the third scheduled for October-November, 2012.
