Latte Built 24hr Fitness supports NMC Golf Open as Gold Sponsor

(NMC) — Continuing its support for higher education in the CNMI, Latte Built 24hr Fitness has contributed $5,000 to the Northern Marianas College Foundation as a Gold Sponsor of the NMC Golf Open, scheduled for March 21 and 22, 2026.

“Latte Built 24hr Fitness is proud to stand behind the mission of Northern Marianas College and the NMC Golf Open,” said Derek Cutting, owner of Latte Built 24hr Fitness. “Every strong future begins with opportunity — opportunities to learn, grow, and challenge ourselves to become better than we were yesterday. Whether in education, career, or health, progress happens when individuals choose to rise and lead by example. That philosophy drives everything we do at Latte Built 24hr Fitness: Be the Inspiration.”

The NMC Golf Open will be a two-day tournament held at LaoLao Bay Golf and Resort, with a registration fee of $250 per player.

“The NMC Foundation is proud to partner with Latte Built 24hr Fitness in our ongoing mission to enhance higher education,” said Ben Babauta, chairman of the NMC Foundation. “Their contribution plays a vital role in helping the college provide the programs and facilities necessary for our students to succeed and lead in the CNMI.”

The tournament, which is the signature fundraising event of the NMC Foundation, aims to raise funds to build and equip modern, innovative campus facilities that will help expand the CNMI’s workforce development efforts, stimulate economic growth, and provide greater access to quality education for residents of the islands.

Like previous tournaments, this year’s event will feature hundreds of thousands of dollars in possible prizes. In celebration of 45 years of NMC, the tournament will also include a special shootout raffle sponsored by Pacifica Insurance Underwriters, where a hole-in-one could win $100,000 in cash.

Additional hole-in-one prizes include a 2026 Lexus GX 550 from Atkins Kroll Saipan, a 2026 Toyota Tacoma from AP Group, a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR from Joeten Motors, a 2025 Mazda CX-5 from Triple J Motors, a $15,000 cash prize from Pacifica Insurance Underwriters, $10,000 cash prizes from Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan and Ambyth Shipping, a $10,000 shopping spree from Top Shelf Wines & Spirits, a $5,000 cash prize from Century Insurance, and other exciting giveaways.
