The Peleliu fielders held Haga-T scoreless in three straight innings and during their turns in the batting plate they rounded the bases on consecutive base hits.
With one out, Mike Taitano put himself to scoring position with a triple in the first inning before Poland Masaharu drove him in on a sacrifice fly.
McQueen Masaharu made it to the first base on second baseman’s error then, AJ Taitano pushed him to the home plate on a fielder’s choice in the second inning.
Sakuma walked in the third then scored the run on Isaiah Masao’s single, giving Peleliu a 5-0 advantage.
The Haga-T sluggers had three base hits in the fourth inning, one of which was Tom Ito’s run-scoring single. They held Peleliu scoreless in the bottom of the fourth.
Peleliu clobbered Haga-T with six base hits in the fifth inning. Charlie Kenty fired a two-run single and McQeen Masaharu an RBI single.
Haga-T cut the lead to two runs in the sixth inning, with Nathan Bermudez driving in a run with his sacrifice fly.
Lefty Shiro singled and Mike Taitano doubled in the sixth inning before Poland Masaharu and Sakuma drove them in with single to have three more runs complete their 12-8 victory.
Haga-T rallied with seven base hits in the seventh inning but fell short of tying the game. Jordan Ogo, Carl Ada, Anson Jones, Tom Ito and Jiroi Takai fired run-scoring singles.
Reap It 8, IT&E 3
Tyron Omar rocketed a two-run home run in the final inning as Reat It pounded IT&E for an 8-3 win.
Leo Bobai doubled in the second, stole third and scored run on third base baseman’s catching error.
Ferdie Ngirmekuur converted his single into two runs as Reap It rallied in the third inning.
TKK-2 5, Pingelap 3
Mark Flores had one RBI single and Phil Celis drove-in a run with a sacrifice bat as TKK-2 launched the rally against Pingelap in the third inning.
But Pingelap’s Macario Scalem knocked-in a two-run single to take the lead in the top of the fourth inning.
However, Joe Torres’s single in the fourth bottom of the fourth tied the game, then, TKK-2 held Pingelap scoreless in the rest of the game with Shine Tenorio striking out one.
Phil Celis singled then, Toi Celis sent him home on a sacrifice fly. Marvin Palacios singled and scored the final run to secure their victory.
Brotherhood 13, Red Men 0
Ken Kalen led off a single and Stanley Laniyo walked before JJ Laniyo, Eric Reyes and Bern Kelelemen riddled the Red Men with run-scoring base hits in the first inning leading to their shut-out victory.
Jerry Ayuyu and JJ Laniyo drove-in two runs with theur double in the second inning and Benjie Tagabuel and Bebang Limes had one RBI single apiece.
Pete Tegeita and Keleleman tripled in the third then, Limes drove-in run with a sacrifice fly.
Asahi 7, Ngiwal-79 3
Roy Celis fired a two-run home run in the first inning then, the Asahi batsmen had three base hits in the second leading to their 7-3 win over Ngiwal-79.
Roque Camacho struck out four and allowed only three runs.
