McDonald’s 2nd Annual Golf Classic to benefit local charities

MCDONALD’S hosted its premiere sponsors at a cocktail reception Tuesday in preparation of the 2nd Annual Golf Classic on Dec. 3, 2022, at the LaoLao Bay Golf and Resort, East Course.

Cash prizes will be up for grabs to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each flight from Champion to Seniors. Luxury vehicles from Atkins Kroll, Triple J Auto Group, Joeten Motors and cash prize from Pacifica Insurance are offered for the player who hits a Hole-In-One at the designated holes, for a total prize value of over $200,000 combined.

Net proceeds of the fundraiser will benefit the Jose and Ruri Ayuyu Foundation, Inc. “Giving back to the community, especially families in need, will always be one of our top priorities,” says Jose Ayuyu, president and CEO of McDonald’s of Guam and Saipan.

“I want to again thank our sponsors, volunteers, staff, business community and all the golfers who have registered for helping to make our Golf Classic more exciting and fun for a good cause,” says Marcia “Ruri” Ayuyu, McDonald’s Saipan owner operator.
