The arrested persons were identified as Bert Miller, Jaon Adriano, Montana Ngiralmau, Lallii Idong, Thomas Techur, Usim Minor, Flora Delmel, Aifeng Wang, Jonathan Finai, Badomerang Blelai, Rodito Baconga and Willy Ngiraikelau Jr.
Miller, Adriano, Ngiralmau and Idong were arrested Friday morning for drinking within the area of the Ministry of Education building in Madelaii.
Blelai, Finai, Delmel, Minor and Techur were arrested for causing disturbances at the residences in Ngermid, Ikelau and Madelaii on Friday night and Sunday night.
Wang and Baconga were arrested for drunk driving and reckless driving. Wang lost control of his vehicle while driving in Airai. The vehicle runs off the roadway and he was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
Baconga was pulled over by police in front of the PHS for reckless driving.
Ngiraikelau was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol.
Meanwhile two motorists were also hurt when the vehicle runs off the roadway in Ngerbechedesau Friday night.
The driver and the passenger were both rushed to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the incident was treated as a DUI and reckless driving incident.
