Letter to the Editor: The blocked Rota road

If they did, they would have found that the property needs to be probated. And as of to date, the probate has not been completed. Their attorney Matthew Smith should also be fired from representing CDA and all legal fees paid to him should be reimburse to CDA for his subpar and double bogeying  legal advice.

CDA’s claim on the subject property is moot, invalid, and void because of their failure to make sure that the title is cleared before accepting it as collateral.

CDA’s Oscar Camacho’s attitude toward  clients is arrogant and their management practices is more like a bank rather than a development agency.

And I’m sure that many CDA clients are experiencing the same predicament due to CDA’s gross mismanagement.
