Female student of PHS assaulted by co-student

The victim sustained bruises on her forehead and scratch on her left toe.

According to the police report, on August 24 the two students were fighting at the parking lot of Bank of Hawaii.

The male suspect approached the victim while she was sitting at the area. Suspect asked the victim to get his friend’s flash drive from her. When the latter refused, suspect kicked her on the face twice causing the female student to fall down. Suspect not yet contented he sat on top of the victim and punched her several times on her chest. He then fled immediately leaving the victim sprawled on the ground. .

One male Palauan saw the incident and immediately reported to the police.

The victim was rushed to the hospital by the responding police officers.

The case is pending for further investigation.

Meanwhile, another male Palauan was reported to the police for drunk and disorderly conduct.

The suspect identified as Rozer Tatsuo.

Tatsuo was complained by a female caller for being drunk and starting a fight in Ikesiil.

Police responded and arrested Tatsuo. He was detained at the Koror Jail until he sobered up and was cited afterwards.
