Kagman Market expands

Kagman Market store owner Park Joon Soo said they decided to double the store’s space to make it more convenient for the shoppers.

Hundreds of guests graced the opening ceremony which was highlighted by a delicious Korean buffet.

The Kagman Market management took over the store from a previous operator in 2002.

Since then, Kagman Market has continued to serve the grocery needs of residents.

Park said they are displaying more items in the store.

“While all other businesses are closing, we are trying to expand to give our customers much better services,” he said.

He added that with the store’s expansion, residents of Kagman do not need to go to Garapan to shop for their basic needs.

Kagman Market carries a complete line of household goods, kitchenware, food, frozen and processed meat, fresh vegetables and fruits, beverages, dry goods and all other basic needs.
